Wincaps Q4 Enterprise is a software bundle for off-line subtitling or captioning, offering the potential for greatly increased productivity for those working on same language subtitles (for the deaf and hard-of-hearing) and/or for corporate customers wanting to save money by sharing a pool of licences among several users.

The package comprises:

Wincaps Q4 software (click here for more information)
text-to-speech aligner for automatic timing (integrated into Wincaps software)
speech recognition SDK for Dragon NaturallySpeaking® (not included) to provide enhanced support for the use of re-speaking techniques (as commonly used for live captioning).
Script Extractor utility - to filter the useful dialogue from a wide range of script layouts
Wincaps DVD Builder – to produce image & script asset sets for a range of DVD and Blu-ray authoring systems
Wincaps Screener – to make “approval” clips (input: WMV, MPEG-1 or AVI low res video file, output: WMV low-res video file with burnt-in subtitles)
Network Datastore - for easy management of customer templates, programme vocabulary and other shared resources on multi-user network systems (please ask for assistance)
Concurrent user network licensing - to allow a pool of Wincaps licences to be shared among a group of users on a corporate network (to order a multi-user subscription simply adjust the quantity below to match the maximum number of concurrent network users required)
